A – We except all major credit/debit cards (Inc American Express), Paypal and Interest free credit.

Q- What brands do you stock?
A- We have a huge selection of top quality watch and jewellery brands available in store and online such as Michael Kors, Nomination, Fossil, Armani, Guess, Thomas Sabo, Cluse and Seiko to name a few. If you there is a particular brand you would like to enquire about please use our contact form to get in touch.
Q- Do you deliver outside of the UK?
A- Yes, we are happy to deliver worldwide, please click here for full details regarding postage and charges.
Q- Can I reserve an item to pick up and pay for in store?
A- If you would like to reserve an item to view and pay for in store we would recommend directly contacting either of our stores and they will be happy to arrange this for you. They will be able to check stock levels and let you know immediately if an item is available.
Q- How does your Interest Free Credit work?
A- We offer Interest Free credit on any sales over £250, no deposit is required. The credit is offered over a period of 12 months with no interest added.
Q- How can I return my product for an exchange or refund?
A- Simply return the unworn items in their original packaging with a proof of purchase to us and we will be happy to process your return/exchange. Please click here for full details.
Q- What guarantee comes with my purchase?
A- All products come with a full manufacturing warranty, depending on the brand the length of warranty will vary, please see the guarantee booklet enclosed with your product for full details. Please ensure to keep your guarantee booklet and receipt as proof of purchase encase any manufacturing defects do arise.
Q- Can you adjust my watch bracelet?
A- Yes, we are happy to offer this service in store at no extra charge if the item has been purchased from us.
Q- Can all rings be sized?
A- As each ring is individual it will depend on the style and material of the ring as to whether or not it can be sized. If you would like to check if a ring can be sized or check the selection of sizes that is available please use our contact form to get in touch and we will be more than happy to help.
Q- My watch has stopped working, what should I do?
A- In the majority of cases your watch may simply require a new battery which we can fit in store or send to our repair company to have this carried out. If the battery is not the problem then we can send your watch back to the manufacturer, if the watch is still under warranty and you still have this they will be able to restore your watch to working order. In the case that your watch is no longer under guarantee we can send it back the manufacturer and ask them to provide you with an estimate to have it fixed.
