Content

Extreme care is taken to ensure that our website is accurate and up to date in relation to pricing, product descriptions and stock levels. All measurements displayed are approximate.


Changes may be made to the website at any time without warning for example, changes to promotions and discounts, changes to product information and content etc.


Pricing

Prices are displayed on the website in Pounds Sterling inclusive of VAT; we make every effort to ensure that all prices are correct and up to date. We reserve the right to reject an order due to an error in the price advertised at the time of placing an order.

 

Orders

You will receive an email conformation upon completion of your order outlining the details of your order. This conformation does not act as acceptance of your order, which is subject to the following:

·         The product being in stock and available for delivery

·         The information and pricing being correct

·         Payment being authorised

·         Shipping and billing information being accurate


Once the above criteria has been met, your order will be despatched and you will receive an email to confirm that your item is on its way, at this stage a contract will exist under these terms and conditions.

 

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards as a form of payment, exchange rates are based on your own banks conversion rate therefore will fluctuate. Paypal payments will also be subject to their daily exchange rate.


We have the right to cancel any orders where the name on the billing address does not match the cardholders or where billing address and delivery address do not match. This is done to protect both our customers and ourselves. We may despatch orders to the billing address rather than the delivery address as an alternative option.


We do not hold a record of any customers credit/debit card details on file.


Cancelling an Order before Despatch

If after placing an order you change your mind you will be able to cancel you order at any time before we have sent out an Order Despatch email. Please contact us via telephone or email to cancel your order, we will require your name and order number to process the cancellation.

 

If you decide to cancel part of an order the postage and packaging charge will be recalculated, this may affect your delivery charge. For example if your original order was over £50 worth of goods and qualified for free postage and you then cancel an item decreasing the value of goods to less than £50 you will no longer qualify for free standard delivery. 

Delivery

We are happy to deliver throughout the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Europe and worldwide.


At the time of placing your order you will be advised of an approximate delivery estimate, we endeavour to deliver within the delivery timeframe however there may be rare occasions that we are unable to deliver your order within the suggested timeframe. If this does occur we will notify you of the delay and offer a revised delivery estimate.

 

Interest free credit applications are subject to our finance company receiving signed documentation prior to approving your application. In this instance delivery times advertised will commence when the finance application has been approved and authorised.


As all delivers are handled by third party couriers delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.


When a delivery time is quoted in days, this is in reference to ‘working days’ defined as Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays) when ordering before 4pm (before 11am on Saturday)


If you are unhappy with your purchase and decide to return it for a refund, any delivery charges paid will only be reimbursed if the product is deemed to be damaged/faulty.

 

Click & Collect

Click and collect is offered free of charge in either of our stores for Northern Ireland addresses only. The collection date will be dependent on stock availability but you will be provided with an estimate delivery date when placing your order.

 

You will need to bring the card used to pay for the order along with the order number. If you have ordered a gift for someone else they will not be able to collect the order.

 

Guarantee

We trust all of our products to be of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects. Please ensure to retain your proof of purchase and guarantee booklet enclosed within the product box as this acts as your full manufacturing warranty. If your item has a manufacturing defect please contact us to arrange return. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.

 

Please be aware that if you have had your product altered, repaired or adjusted by another jeweller or third party and this has resulted in the item defect then this will invalidate your guarantee and render it void.

 

Buy with confidence

After receiving your parcel, if you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase simply send it back and we will be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange. The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by your proof of purchase. The items must be returned to us unworn within 28 days.


Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed. If you requested a refund, it will be applied to the original card used to place your order.

All items returned to us must be securely packaged as we will not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit for return or exchange. We would recommend when posting any items back to us to do so via recorded delivery and to obtain a receipt for your records. You are responsible for returning the item back to us and the return postage charge. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding our returns policy.  


Alternatively if you live near one of our stores you can call into store with the item and a proof of purchase where the refund or exchange can be processed for you there while you wait.
